We are now in the Adoption phase of our project. During Adoption, our PIVOT team will build out our MLH Epic platform based off of analysis during Groundwork and Direction Sessions
Epic Preview event held across campuses at MLH
Direction Setting Session 1 occurs. Meetings are held Systemwide to discuss the current state, consider the full Epic platform, look for areas for optimization and improvement, and identify the key items needed to build out MLH’s system.
